36% of Singapore employers are looking to increase headcount in 2017.

More than two in three companies surveyed (70%) are expected to give an average salary increase of 1 to 5% to entry to management-level employees.

More than half of employers (68%) use contract workers. Some 77% of employers also indicated that 1 in 4 contract workers have been converted to permanent employees.
